A Children's Program is conducted every Sunday (September to June) during the
10a.m worship service, for ages 2- 10.
There is also a Nursery provided for very young worshippers during this service.
The curriculum currently being used for all levels of our Christian Education Program is
"Seasons of the Spirit", which follows the lectionary (Scripture readings) used during worship each
Sunday, and includes music, drama, stories and crafts.
Young worshippers are always welcome at any service in the church, and activity worship bags are
available at the back of the nave for use during the service.
On the third Sunday of the month the regular 10a.m.
worship takes the form of an informal Eucharist, especially geared to all ages worshipping together,
with participation from some of the younger members of the congregation, lively music, and sometimes
even a special presentation to illustrate the Gospel.
Classes to prepare candidates for Baptism, First Communion and Confirmation are held from time to time as the need arises.
A Vacation Bible School is held for one week (mornings) every summer.
Contact the Parish Office (613-267-1163) for current information.
Advent and Lenten Studies are held during those seasons.
They may take the form of a study on a specific assigned book, or a video or movie series.
Contact the Rector or the Office to get further information on what is planned (or to make a suggestion).
A Parish Library is being collected in the Anna Wilson Room.
People are welcome to borrow something from the shelves and are asked only to
"read, learn, mark and inwardly digest" in their own time, and then return it safely to the shelf
for someone else to read. Donations are welcome and should be left at the office.
See also the SPIRITUAL GROWTH page for further opportunities.
