On November 1st, 2007, our Rector, the Reverend Bill Simons, found it necessary to begin a medical leave. He resigned as Rector on April 1, 2008. Our thoughts and prayers continue with him as he copes with serious illness and begins a new phase of ministry.

The Venerable Archdeacon John R. H. Fowler, a retired priest associated with St James', has been appointed by the Bishop to act as interim priest-in-charge of the Parish until a new incumbent is appointed. A parish committee is working with the Bishop towards this end. In the meantime, we are grateful for the leadership and pastoral care of Archdeacon Fowler.
